What is this tube of white/creme liquid that came with my Water-colors set?
My Grandmother bought me a $30 Water-color Set. It came with two tubes, which I thought were Oil Pastels. When I opened it, the liquid didn’t look nor Smell like that type of Paint. The only thing written on them is “Chinese White”. And the company is called “Deck-Weiss”. Does anyone know what this stuff is?
